This policy explains our position on cancellations and refunds for Pakka Area reports. Pakka Area is an independent neighbourhood due-diligence service operated by Rukesh Dasari (sole proprietor), based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Pakka Area is not a registered company; it operates as an independent analyst service.
When you order, we begin researching and preparing a report specifically for your chosen locality and profile — work that typically starts immediately given our 24-hour turnaround. Because the deliverable is bespoke and digital, and is fully disclosed before purchase (you can view a full real sample first), payments are non-refundable and all sales are final.
If you wish to cancel, contact us at hello@pakkaarea.com as soon as possible after ordering. If you reach us before we have begun researching your report, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation at our discretion. Once research has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We stand behind the honesty of our work. If you believe your delivered report has a factual error or did not match what was described, email us at hello@pakkaarea.com — we will review it and, where warranted, correct or re-issue the report. We do not, however, offer monetary refunds.
The current price is ₹999 per report. Prices are shown on the site at the time of purchase and may change for future orders.
